Was she flirting with me or not really?

haha okay, lets set this one straight;) it depends really.. on how well you know that girl and how she is. If she's the "slutty type" then it was purposefully and maybe to grab more attention then just you. if she is just like normal or if this isn't how she usually dresses then she is trying to get your attention to notice her. And honestly why was she twirling? so show off her dress.. or she was just being playful at the moment? ha. But lets clear things up... she was flirting:) the twirling her hair threw it off. Girls do that when they are thinking of something or if they are nervous but then again was she looking at you interested while doing so? ;) hehe there you have it.
