Can you put Sheetrock com pond on drywall ceilings and use it as stucco ?

Yes you can,the only prob i see is regular drywall mud will shrink and crack as it dries depending on how thick you put it on. If you do choose to use drywall compound,make sure you use a midweight or better as this wont shrink as bad.
