Will this bike be gone? I need a lot of answers?

Ok, so I'm buying my bike on March, 29, 2009 and im buying Giant Boulder Disc 2008 for $600 NZ dollars so its about $400 US dollars. But the problem is its a 2008 bike will it be gone from the shop?
