Time era - I need an awesome costume. Help?

I know that you said you didn't want to go for the '60s-'80s, so maaayyybe you'll go for this: a '40s/'50s pinup girl. It'd be cute, fun, and super easy. If you don't know how to do a pinup hair-do, you can always watch tutorials on YouTube. Invest in some red lipstick and a clic outfit, and you're all set. In fact, maybe I'll do this next year! hahah.
