How do I convert my Casio Calculator to giving me decimals?

I have a Casi fx-300ES calculator and when I'd need a decimal as an answer, it would give me a fraction so I'd have to write it all out and do it myself. It pisses me off. How do I put the mode to giving me decimals instead of fractions but still keeping everything else the same?
