Sounds kind of weird, but toothpaste works miracles. Scrub it on the most obvious areas and then exfoliate your skin with it. If the toothpaste doesn't work, try using lemon juice, that gets stuff off pretty good too. If they don't work, try scrubbing the crap out of your skin! It might hurt, but just this once probably won't kill you. If you use the toothpaste, don't leave it on too long because it can burn a little, and open a window or turn on a fan because the minty stuff will make your eyes water. But I use it to scrub fake tan off sometimes so it should have the same finish. If not, all I can suggest is wearing a headband or something, or pop your collar? Haha.
