Why am i crying SO much!? Crying for no reason for 2 days!?

Start thinking about hanging around other people because your current friends you cannot trust. Just fade from them gradually. PMS causes emotional upset. Eating healthy avoids PMS. Avoid sugar (cakes, cookies, ice cream, etc.) and white foods (pasta, white rice/bread) because these foods will make your symptoms worse.
