Why arent i skinny? Read what i eat and do?

See a nutritionist and get your diet sorted out, currently it's very faddy, not that great, contains a great deal of saturated fat and not a lot of protein. Remember the food we eat can/will affect our moods, moving to a lower fat, low sugar (getting your energy from complex carbs is best), and increasing your protein intake may well make you feel better. Also variety is the spice of life, for gawds sake vary your diet - don't eat the same thing every day!
