You could also tell him that you are going to report them to the Better Business Burea, some times just mentioning the BBB willl make some companies to go against policy. Its worth a shot cause the worst they can say is go ahead and report us, Im not sure if they will listen to your report at the BBB but I have mentioned it to a few other people at different companies, and they gave me what I wanted, Ive never actually contacted the BBB. Give it a shot and see what happens.
