Why does it seem like Time has sped up?

the large hadron collider in Europe is being powered up . by the late fall they will have it over 2 trillion electron volts , up to 7 trillion next year . this could be tearing holes in the time-space continuum . or possible create mini black holes which could suck earth and the galaxy into the vortex of infinity .
