Ecu problem ? or catalytic converter?

feul pumps do go bad about once in a life time of any car or truck most of time when they do it stops running all together.. so stalling is a lack of fuel you got that right so have you been adding any fuel treatment or have you had fuel system flush .. symptoms catalytic converter bad would be no power or speed and it would be hard to get over 45 mph if it was real bad and it should or would sound funny most likley fuel system plugged up on you
