I just found out my 15 month old daughter has MRSA in her ear...?

In February, my daughter had to have tubes in her ears. She only had a couple ear infections but the fluid wasn't draining from them. Ever since she had tubes in her ears she has had constant ear infections! By the time we got in to see the ENT, the infection was better and he would send us home. So, I finally switched doctors. The new doctor decided to culture the drainage with the next infection, and I found out today that she has MRSA. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this and what was done. Thanks.
