Can a teenage get shingles in the eye again after 3 years?

about 3 years ago I got shingles in my eye because my brother had chicken pox what I dont understand is how I got it i i already had the chiken pox virus as a child, I think I could of had a low imune sytem due to my depression anyway the doc told me I would get it I'm older but right now my bottom eyelid is itchy and there is a bump underneath it i think this happened before im scared as **** will I go blind? god forbid is there away to soothe it or heal it quickly I dont want to wake up and go blury or is thia even shingles could it be a minor itch that I could occasionally get? plse help me :(
