GUYS PLEASE HELP CAFE PROBLEM?

well there's this guy at a cafe he always looks at me, keeps turning around when he's walking away too, I ordered cake last time and he came all dressed up with like his hair combed and all that, ended up at my doorstep grinning (he knows I live there) and teased me a while before leaving. When I was at the cafe again I was sitting outside and he was at the window watching me how do I stop him from stalking me and making it so obvious cuz my uncle saw and sort of talked to him I don't know what he said but he hasn't stopped and I don't want either of us to get in trouble...
